i havent got much experience because i by mistake crashed it and just after learning how good and how much you can do with drone, its just amazing and never ending learning to this small but very smart flying camera called pro3 :) im sure, after tomorow i send it to fix it,Yous will do it easy and fast so i can make amazing footage , CANT WAIT :)

The salesman was very good, giving good advice. Payment system went wrong, so a little disappointed in waiting for another day to receive the drone.

Amazingly speedy service, I ordered my drone after 5pm and it was delivered early afternoon the next day.

Bought a DJI mini 2 drone pack with accessories, drone will not connect to phone to fly, emailed and had zero reply. It’s now passed the return policy time for a full refund so I’m stuck with it. I tried multiple times to contact the company and haven’t heard anything since and this was just after Xmas. I want a full refund and to return it but it seems like I’m not going to get that.

The drone I purchased was on the basis that it would be delivered on the next working day. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived on Monday. When it arrived I installed the software on my phone and followed the start-up instructions. Instead of hovering the Drone flipped over and landed upside down, breaking a propeller. I replaced the propeller and started again - the same thing happened. This Drone will not fly!!

Then locking nut that holds the handlebars locked snapped whilst my son was scootering and he fell off and injured himself quite badly.
The company have refused to send us a new part and refused to give us a refund which we asked for as a last resort even though its only 5 Months into its 1 year warranty

I had a good look round for the item I wanted and there were lots of different places selling it. I wanted a genuine/competitive price with decent delivery options. Drones Direct came out on top. Excellent service and shipping.

Excellent company to deal with competitive pricing and lots of financial options if needed, once order dispatched good communication,fast deliveries what more could you want.

Amazing service, ordered on Friday afternoon and was delivered by Saturday lunchtime! Didn’t even pay for express postage, very impressed!

Web site easy to use, ordering easy, delivery took longer but that was dpd wasn’t delivered on the day I wanted it delivered on, otherwise great service

I ordered an action camera and was super surprised when I received it the next afternoon. The communication and descrwere spot on. Will defo order from them again. Great experience.

Quick transaction and made a courtesy call. The only downside was I thought I had a free micro SD if I purchased a specific drone but none when the package arrived. Apart from that, everything was smooth and quick.

The shopping experience was first class, I ordered pm on 28/12/22 and expected delivery 31/12/22 but I was surprised and pleased to receive it on 29/12/22 only 18hrs after placing online order, the product was better than expected and value for money, will shop with them again.
